Exchange & Return Policy – mabkharatalemarat

All exchange or return requests are accepted only if the product is in its original condition and has not been altered or used.

First: General Terms

  • Exchange or return requests are accepted via WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original condition with original packaging.
  • The customer is responsible for securely repacking the product and bears all shipping costs.
  • The store reserves the right to reject requests if damage occurs due to poor packaging or usage.

Second: Exchange

  • Exchange requests must be submitted via official WhatsApp within the specified period, including order number, product photos, and invoice image.
  • Exchanges are accepted only if:
  • The product arrives damaged.
  • The product received does not match specifications.
  • Exchange fee within KSA: 40 SAR

Third: Returns

  • Return requests must be submitted within 7 days via official WhatsApp.
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after deducting a fee of 25 SAR
    • (This fee represents the return shipping cost).
  • The company reserves the right to reject “Golden Warranty” return requests if misuse or repeated claims are detected.
  • For Tabby or Tamara orders, refunds are processed through their platforms.

Fourth: Store Error

  • The store carries all costs in case of error.
  • The customer will be compensated via free shipping or full refund.
  • A video of unboxing and clear photos must be provided within 7 days.

Fifth: Cancellation Before Shipping

  • Orders can only be canceled before shipping.
  • After shipping, the order is subject to the return policy.
  • Refund processing time: 7–14 business days.
  • Return shipping duration: 3–8 days.

Sixth: Non-returnable Products

  • Opened perfumes or used products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Seventh: Cash on Delivery

  • Cash on Delivery is a paid service.
  • If the order is returned after delivery, the COD fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Eighth: International Orders

  • International orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • The customer is responsible for any customs duties or taxes according to the destination country regulations.

Ninth: Promo Codes

  • Promo codes can be used only once.
  • Orders may be canceled in case of misuse.

Tenth: Liability

  • The store is not responsible for any skin reactions or individual fragrance preferences.

Eleventh: Policy Updates

  • We reserve the right to update the exchange and return policy at any time.
  • The latest version overrides any previous versions.

Twelfth: Official Language

  • The Arabic version is legally binding and official reference.
